1. Remain Focused on Your Goal
If you want to save as much money as possible and get as many extras as you can, it is important to remain focused. Keep your personal comments to yourself and avoid revealing just how interested you are in the property. Never allow the seller’s agent to realize how much you love the home.
2. Ask for Extras Not Discounts
