Ariel Homes, a Tampa townhouse development,  is moving forward on two vacant parcels of land located between N. Franklin and N. Tampa. Ariel Homes paid $2.15 million for the 18,000 square foot property. 14 four-story townhouses will be constructed on the site.

Each townhouse will be built with open rooftop decks and range from 1,600 to 3,000 square feet. They will be prices from the $700,000s to $1.2 million. The developer wanted to build residential space that’s compatible with the nearest neighbors, which is good for the overall feel of the area.

The purchase of the property is the second largest real estate transaction in this particular area of Tampa in a week. Just recently, a restaurant group bought Fly Bar’s real estate for $3.4 million.
