Pasco County is one of the country’s fastest growing counties. It is located directly north of and extends east of the Tampa-St. Petersburg metroplex. Travelling to Tampa is an easy and pleasant trip. With always pleasing weather conditions and sparce traffic, you can be in downtown Tampa within 30-45 minutes. Interstate 75 and the Suncoast Parkway provide the main routes to Tampa Bay–St.Petersburg
Extending out for almost 900 square miles, this county is home to major cities such as Port Richey, New Port Richey, Dade City, Zephyrhills and San Antonio (minus the Alamo). Bordering counties include Hernando, Polk and Hillsborough. The population as of the 2010 census was listed at just below 465,000.
