Meanwhile, to have them actually follow through and stage the home, you’re looking at a price tag range of between $1,000 and $8,600.
Remember, while it can be expensive and a hassle to have home staging and even to simply hire a staging professional for a consultation, staged homes sell for up to 20 percent more than non-staged homes on the market. They also sell much faster. It’s feasible that you could cut the time your house is up for sale in half just because you opted to stage your home.
