Riverwalk Place: 50+ Story Tower Coming To Tampa

The sales center for Tampa’s future Riverwalk Place hasn’t even opened yet, but buyers have already placed reservations on condos there! Riverwalk Place will be over 50 stories tall and the tallest building on the west coast of Florida.

At one point, it was expected to be the first new tower with Class A office space in over 20 years, but as we recently mentioned last week, Water Street Tampa just announced the plans for the speedy development of two towers with a combined 880,000 feet of Class A space. Even still, the three towers are expected to do quite well and completely change the Tampa skyline while also boosting the economy of the city.

Riverwalk Place will actually have less office space and cater to more eclectic, unique firms while Water Street Tampa developments will cater to bigger firms.
