Staging A Vacant Home In Tampa On A Budget

Let’s say that your Tampa Bay home for sale is sitting vacant. We know that a staged home sells faster and for more money than a home that is vacant. People have trouble picturing how the home can be set up, so home staging really helps them visualize the home’s full potential.

But what if you’re on a tight budget and can’t stage the whole home. Then what? Experts generally say that if you can’t stage the whole home, you can get by on staging three areas of the home with furnishings. So, clean the entire home and make any repairs that need to be made on the whole throughout. Then, stage at a minimum the dining room, the living room, and the family room.

You can skip the bedrooms if you have to because it’s pretty obvious what should go in a bedroom. Still, if the bedroom is odd in any way, it is probably worth furnishing it so that people are able to know for sure that their belongings will fit inside the room in a way that makes sense.  Oddly shaped rooms should always be staged so that the buyers can see how the room can be used.
