I have worked with Sandra on at least four occasions when selling and buying real estate in the Tampa Bay area. She is positively the most reliable and knowledgeable real estate agent that I h ave ever met (and I’ve worked with many from all over the country). She was able to sell two primary houses of mine, both during down markets for reasonable prices. She also helped me with my most recent purchase of a vacation property. I would recommend her without any hesitation.
