Our home buying experience took several months and included 3 properties all of which were different types of sales transactions! We worked through a short sale, a new construction, and finally a conventional sale. Along the way there were a lot of questions and frantic timely decisions to be made. Claudia was incredibly knowledgeable about every single situation and calmed our nerves answering any question or concern we had. She even knew when we weren’t asking a question and filled us in on information that was important to us as buyers.
