BellaBrava announced in a press release that they were participating in the 2018 White Truffle Festival going on now. It began on November 9th and will continue through November 18th. The White Truffle Festival is an annual celebration of Alba white truffles! It’s also a time to celebrate wonderful Italian cuisine, modeled after the world famous Fiera Internazionale del Tartufo Bianco di Alba.
The event was put together by Urbani Truffles and Prunotto. It’s going on at locations around the country. This is the third annual White Truffle Festival and a great chance to showcase traditions like the Alba white truffle!
