Zephyrhills Mayor’s Youth Council
The Mayor’s Youth Council is a group of local youth in Zephyrhills who work with city leaders and officials on projects involving the local government that affect our local youth. This group of young people meet with leaders and officials in Zephyrhills to discuss problems and needs and make suggestions. They regularly meet with the Mayor of Zephyrhills, the Zephyrhills City Manager, and Zephyrhills City Council members.
This group of youngsters attends council meetings and presents recommendations on projects and programs. They also help plan youth recreational activities. The Zephyrhills Mayor’s Youth Council was established by City Ordinance 1218-13.
