The 4th annual Tampa Bay Chocolate Festival is next week! It's sponsored by the Carrollwood Village HOA and hosted by Generation Entertainment Florida. From 2 o'clock in the afternoon until 9 o'clock in the evening on Saturday February 16th, food trucks will be incorporating chocolate into their sweet and savory menus.
